1.1. Health-Related Refunds:
If a health issue arises with your puppy that is covered under our health guarantee, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please refer to our Puppy & Health Guarantee for detailed information on covered conditions and procedures.

1.2. Non-Health-Related Refunds:
Refunds for reasons other than health-related issues are generally not provided once the puppy has left our home. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we encourage you to reach out to us to discuss your situation.

2. Process for Requesting a Refund

2.1. Health-Related Refund Requests:
Notification:

Notify us of any health issues as soon as they are identified. This must be done within the specified health guarantee period.
Documentation:

 Provide documentation from a licensed veterinarian detailing the diagnosis and treatment. This helps us assess the situation accurately.
Verification:

We will review the documentation and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, replacement puppy, or other options as outlined in our health guarantee.

2.2. Non-Health-Related Refund Requests:

Reach out to us directly to discuss your situation. While refunds for non-health-related reasons are not standard practice, we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
Review:

We will review the circumstances and determine if a partial refund or alternative solution is appropriate.

3. Refund Conditions

3.1. Return of the Puppy:
In most cases, for a health-related refund, the puppy must be returned to Beautiful Siberian Husky Home. The puppy should be returned in the same condition as when received, along with all provided documents and accessories.

3.2. Costs:
Health-Related Refunds:

We will cover reasonable costs associated with the return of the puppy if a health-related refund is processed.
Non-Health-Related Refunds:

If a refund is granted for non-health-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs or other associated expenses.

3.3. Refund Processing Time:
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 days of receiving the returned puppy and all required documentation.

4. Exclusions

4.1. No Refunds for Behavioral Issues:
Refunds are not provided for behavioral issues or changes in the puppy’s behavior that occur after the puppy has left our home. We provide guidance and support for training and behavioral concerns.

4.2. Change of Mind:
Refunds are not provided if the customer changes their mind after the purchase. We encourage potential buyers to thoroughly consider their decision before committing to a purchase.

5. Agreement

5.1. Written Agreement:
All terms of the Refund Policy will be included in a written agreement provided at the time of purchase. This ensures mutual understanding and transparency regarding the refund process and conditions.
