1. Health Guarantee

1.1. Initial Health Guarantee:
We guarantee that each puppy is in good health at the time of purchase. All puppies undergo a thorough health check by a licensed veterinarian before leaving our home. They are up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming.

1.2. Health Screening:
Each puppy is tested for common genetic conditions and health issues relevant to the Siberian Husky breed. We provide you with a copy of the vet’s health report, vaccination records, and any relevant health screening results.

1.3. 48-Hour Health Check:
Upon receiving your puppy, we offer a 48-hour period during which you can have your new puppy examined by a veterinarian of your choice. If any health issues are identified during this time that were not disclosed, we will work with you to resolve the situation, which may include a refund or exchange, depending on the circumstances.

2. Genetic Guarantee

2.1. Genetic Health Guarantee:
We offer a 1-year genetic health guarantee against serious genetic conditions that may affect the puppy’s quality of life. This includes conditions such as hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, and certain hereditary diseases.

2.2. Documentation and Notification:
If a serious genetic condition is diagnosed within the first year, we require documentation from a licensed veterinarian. Upon verification, we will provide options for resolution, which may include a replacement puppy or a refund, depending on the severity of the condition.

3. Return Policy

3.1. Return for Health Issues:
If your puppy develops a health issue covered under our guarantee, we offer a return policy. We will work with you to ensure a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement puppy or a refund. The returned puppy must be accompanied by all provided documents and be in the same condition as when received.

3.2. Conditions for Return:
All returns must be initiated within the health guarantee period, and the puppy must be returned in a timely manner. We ask that you notify us immediately if you encounter any health issues or concerns.

4. Ongoing Support

4.1. Lifetime Support:
Even beyond the health guarantee period, we are committed to supporting you and your puppy. Our team is available for advice and guidance on care, training, and any concerns you may have about your Siberian Husky.

4.2. Resources and Advice:
We provide resources and advice on feeding, grooming, and general care to ensure that your puppy thrives in their new home.

5. Exclusions

5.1. Environmental and Negligence Issues:
Our guarantee does not cover health issues resulting from environmental factors, neglect, or failure to provide appropriate veterinary care, vaccinations, or nutrition.

5.2. Accidents and Injuries:
The guarantee does not cover accidents or injuries sustained after the puppy leaves our care.

6. Agreement

6.1. Written Agreement:
All terms of this Puppy & Health Guarantee will be outlined in a written agreement that you will receive at the time of purchase. This agreement ensures transparency and mutual understanding of the guarantee’s terms and conditions.
